Welcome to aimusiclessons.com. We're about to play along with a short song while the AI instructor listens.
When the notes light up green, that means you're doing great. When the notes light up red, that means you have a bit more practicing to do.
* Guitar playing along with sheet music arrangement of song "Smoke on the Water" by Deep Purple *.
Tap on red notes to get feedback from the AI instructor. You can slow down the riff to practice before returning to normal speed.
Here's what you'll need: an acoustic guitar, or electric, but then you need an amplifier, a laptop, or any device with a microphone, and some earbuds so you can follow along.
Tap the speaker button to hear the notes, or tap the drum button to hear the beat.
If you're unfamiliar with sheet music, tabs are the easiest way to get started. Each line is a string on your guitar. The bottom line is the thickest string and the top line is the thinnest string. A number on a string tells you which fret to press your finger down on, counting up from the tuning knobs. A zero tells you to pluck the string with no frets pressed.
Now it's your turn! Grab your guitar and play along to this song by clicking the link below.
